Friday: I came home and made spaghetti for dinner (Yum! One of my favorite-ist meals of all time!). Alexander and I spent the rest of the evening de-Chritmas-fying the house while watching Mission Impossible 1. I had never seen a MI movie until we saw MI4 in theatres a couple weeks ago. When Alexander put in number 1 I was like, whoa time warp. Even though it is from 1996 (I looked it up) they were still sporting big glasses and hair. To me it actually looked older than it was.
It is sad all the Christmas decorations are gone. The condo just doesn’t seem as cheery without a lit Christmas tree! On the other hand the condo does look loads bigger with the ginourmous tree and millions of Christmas knick knacks gone.
Saturday: Did a drive by of a house Alexander liked on MLS before heading to my parents to store our millions of Christmas knick knacks. Then we had frozen yogurt at Twisted Yogurt with Alexander’s parents. After we went to 2 different used book stores in Sherwood Park to drop off books we no longer wanted (and picked up a few we saw we did want). I had a filled up a stamp card from Pasta Pantry so we ended our outing in Sherwood Park by picking up pasta for dinner (Yum!).
Sunday: A super duper lazy day spent at home. Alexander had a headache so he took a nap in the afternoon and I did a little scrapbooking. Other than a few Alaska layouts and some cards I did barely any scrapbooking last year. I still have Disney World and Christmas 2010 to finish! I haven’t done anything for 2011 and 2011 is a big year with the wedding and all. Neither of us wanted to cook so we got pizza from Papa Johns (just okay) and spent the evening watching Captain America.
